The following are strictly forbidden: transmitting malicious code into platform infrastructure, creating duplicate accounts to bypass restrictions, engaging in ball control analytics manipulation to falsify results, and any conduct that constitutes fraud against CrystalDash systems or other users.
All visual designs, gameplay mechanics, sound systems, interface elements, and underlying code are protected intellectual property of CrystalDash Corporation. Participants receive no license to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written consent.
CrystalDash is provided on an "as-available" basis without warranties of uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or guaranteed performance. Brick Smashers assume all inherent risks of platform participation.
CrystalDash Corporation reserves unilateral authority to suspend or permanently terminate platform access for violations of these terms, without prior notice or obligation to provide refunds or compensation.
Under no circumstances shall CrystalDash be liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages arising from platform use, including loss of session data, gameplay progress, or stored performance records.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Crystal Arcade Bureau operates, incorporating applicable international digital entertainment standards and consumer protection provisions.
